Taking Action Births Motivation


Action 💪🏻 <--> Motivation 💡Many clients come to me and say they are missing motivation. Then they keep searching for motivation. Yes a good idea will be writing down the pros and cons of change towards a healthier lifestyle to identify why you want to change in the first place. However if you find that that does not help you, just start doing! Motivation leads to Action but yet Action also leads to Motivation. It is not unidirectional but rather has a synergistic effect. This applies to anything you want to achieve. Start acting today and motivation will follow 😊💪🏻💡
