3 Top Tips for Surviving the Festive Season

This custard tart with white peach, black rice crisp and milk sorbet was definitely yum. 4 days til Christmas You may have lots of sweets and desserts upcoming. How to encounter this?

1. Try to select items from the core food groups such as if it's dessert something with fruit or dairy so you still get some good nutrients.

2. When you have these sometimes foods over the festive season remember you don't have that everyday for 365 days so don't feel guilty. Think positive and be assertive. You're still in control! You can still eat healthy at the next meal or exercise more after.

3. When you're at these occasions focus on the social aspect. It's a gathering. You can play or chat away from the table!
