7 Habits of Highly Effective People- Are you 'putting First things First' for a healthy life


No, this is not the perfect vision board nor the perfect photo But it does summarise the 7 HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE by Stephen Covey 📕🙌🏻. One habit that really resonated with me was Habit Three "Putting First things First". It divides habits into 4 quadrants. 1️⃣Important and Urgent- things to do immediately such as kitchen fire and some calls. 2️⃣Important and Not Urgent such as healthy eating 🥗🍆🍅, exercise 🏃‍♀️and long term goal setting 💡📝 3️⃣Urgent and Not Important such as interruptions and other calls. 4️⃣Not Important and Not Urgent such as mindless web browsing and time wasters. Many people may think health is Important and Not Urgent but these are the tasks to prioritise because they need planning. If you think about it Important and Urgent tasks would be done eventually. Lastly my personal mission statement is LIVINGTOINSPIRE: there is no perfect person but there are people who try to do the best they can do (making progress) and that to me is perfect 👌🏻What is your favourite habit out of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and what's your personal mission statement? 😄😍
