Can we lose fat and gain muscle at the same time?

Lose fat and either increase or maintain muscle at the same time 🤗👏🏻. Many studies 👍🏻have shown that resistance training 🏋🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️ (weights) with high protein >1.6g/kg per day and energy restricted diet can lead to reduction in fat mass and either increase or maintain muscle mass. 👎Increased fat mass and lower muscle mass is associated with increased risk of mortality. 😍Happy Healthy Eating and Body Composition!
