Is green tea the only source of antioxidants?

Dr Rebecca Luong

How many people say 'Yay it's Monday!'? Well I do because roasted green tea from Japan is life . Makes my day. Get some antioxidants to help protect your cells from damage by free radicals (such as from pollution or those formed from normal body processes). Green tea can be included as part of a healthy diet.

Did you know? It is best to obtain antioxidants from food rather than supplements and it can be found in 4 of the 5 core food groups that you should eat from every day: vegetables, fruits, whole grains and meat/alternatives (nuts, seeds, legumes)! Happy healthy eating
