Balance festivities with salad. Vitamins and minerals are involved in immune function.
Veggie serves (3): 2.5 cups spinach, kale, lettuce, tomatoes, beetroot and 0.25 cup cooked zucchini.
Meat/alternatives (1.25): 100g marinated chicken with lemon juice and pepper.
