When I was on holidays in New Zealand and passed Springfield, I took a photo in this doughnut. What I thought at the time was "Are we eating the food or is the food eating us?" I think that still stands true today with the voluminous supply of different food products marketed towards us. Remember to eat daily from the five core food groups and don't let the sometimes foods eat up our health. When you keep high sugar, high fat and/or high salt foods to sometimes and you exercise your lifestyle is sustainably balanced
